What you need
- Basil Leaves
- Small Handful of Fresh Blueberries
- Lime Wedges
- 0.75 Simple Syrup
- 22 Simple Syrup
- 1 Cranberry Juice
- 30 Cranberry Juice
- Premium Soda Water, to top
How to craft
Simple Syrup:
1 cup water : 1 cup white sugar
Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely. Store in airtight container for up to 30 days. Alternatively, freeze in ice trays.
METHOD
Combine basil, blueberry, lime and simple syrup in a mixing tin and muddle. Add cranberry juice and ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water.
