1 cup water : 1 cup white sugar Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely. Store in airtight container for up to 30 days. Alternatively, freeze in ice trays.
METHOD
Combine peach nectar and simple syrup in a cocktail glass. Top with soda water.
